1. Are you a factory?

2. Do you Accept OEM service?
A: YES! Brand OEM. Part number OEM. Sizes & Structure OEM. And we also design according to your working condition.
3. What's Minimum Order Quantity?
A: Each item and/or color has a minimum order quantity, which would be stated in our quote sheet. Assorted items would be negotiable upon request.
4. What is your terms of packing?
A: Neutral packaging or customer's requirements.
5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
6. How can I become the exclusive agent in this region?
A: According to the region, the order amount and order quantity need to meet certain requirements. Please contact customer service for specific details.
7. Which countries do you export to?
A: We are exporting to more than 90 countries, for example America, Australia, Germany, Brazil, Russia, Turkey, Dubai, India etc.
8. Could you do our brand?
A: Yes, just need your authorization.
9. What is your terms of delivery?

11. If your products bring us complaints, how will you deal with it?
A: If there is a problem with the product, the customer will send back samples or take a photo for retention, and our quality inspection department will evaluate and test.
B: If large quality, we will arrange shipment return and pay your lose.
C: If it big loses, like engine broken, we will pay all your cost which it brings you by cash or products.
12. What are you after sale service?
A: Offer product training, usually tells the difference in our products.
B: Offer technical support to help sales.
13. What kinds of certificates do you have?
